Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Shipping may take 4-7 business days. Please note that delivery time may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs delays.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Tracking Information
We provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use the tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Delivery Attempts
The shipping carrier will make multiple delivery attempts if the recipient is not available to receive the package. If the package cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will be returned to us. We may charge additional shipping fees to resend the package.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues and file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
