When can I expect my order to ship?
The order you place need process of generating a phytosanitary certificate and it will take 3-6 working days. Then the plant quarantine process is 4-7 working days, then we will pack and ship to your country.
What courier does the seller use?
We use DHL Express and Cargo. Shipping via DHL Express will take 3-6 working days to United States, Asia 3-5 days & Appart from USA dan Asia 5-8 working days delivery. Wholesale shipping can use aircargo with minimum order 100 pcs. Usually it takes 1-2 days. It is hoped that you have experience in shipping cargo and for shipping cargo it is best to use a broker.
what about the shipping process?
All export procedures will be carried out by Bejo Hoya (Export License, Phytosanitary, Invoice, airwaybill and other requirements), after the document registration process is complete, your package will be sent to the address you specified in your order. Shipping to USA and Europe will be made every Monday to Friday. For importers whose country requires an Import License / Import Permit, you must send these documents to us so that the shipping process can be carried out.

1. A clear photo and video are required for proof of damages. Photos must be sent 1-2 days after the package is received
2. detained at customs, Bejo Hoya provides a guarantee for packages detained at customs only if there is an error from us as the sender, if an error occurs due to the buyer being unable to fulfill the document requirements then it is not our responsibility. (note: buyers need to know the import regulations in their country)
3.Partial Refund, up to 50% from the initial price, depending on the damages
4. Resend, we will resend the plants one time only to the customers with the shipping fee paid by the customer
5. Resend and Refund will only be done if the plants are totally damaged from the roots, stems, and leaves. Yellowing or wilted plants is will not be accepted because it is normal and it is the risk of importing plants.
6. Please don’t cuss, bad mouth, or do any forceful act on social media. If this happens, the refund process will take a lot longer and probably the refund process will not be done.
All problems that occur must be solved in a civil way and without any coercion.
Reporting to paypal is not the best way.
1. We use first in first out system for the shipment with the capacity of 50 packages per week.
2. Seller are responsible for providing the phytosanitary certificate and invoice (optional)
3. Seller is responsible for the checking process in Indonesia. Further inspection after shipping to customer’s area is customer’s responsibility.
4. Customers need to inform the seller about the regulations in their region.
6. If there are no instructions given to us, then we will use the standard regulations and the customers will not be able to complain if there’s any problems occur.
7. If problems occur, customers are expected to stay calm and not to worry because we will try our best to solve it. Reporting cases to Paypal will delay the problem solving further, so please wait and be patient.
8. Damages from shipping is expected when importing live plants, if any of the risk concerns you, please consider cancel or not ordering at all.
9. Order cancellations cannot be processed after 3 days after the order has been made, unless there’s some conditions.
10. All form of taxes and duty fees in the customer’s area are fully customer’s responsibilities, we will not take any liability for any problem in regards of the taxes.
11. According to the regulations from Indonesia, exporting requires an export permit and it is required for phytosanitary certificate to be made, so please wait for the process to finish.
12. All shipments will go through lab checks by the Minister of the Agriculture. Please wait for the process to finish.
